There may also be the odd holiday training and all teams will be allocated a stage practice before competitions.
4TH TERM
This is when the club regroups after competitions and classes return to the same as in first term. If applicable the girls move on to the next age group in preparation for the next calisthenic year. We finish our year late November/early December.
CLASS REQUIREMENTS
Each girl is required to have her own:
- black practice leotard and black tights (not jazz pants)
- aluminium rod
- wooden clubs
- aesthetic practice skirt.
Rods, clubs, training leotards and aesthetic skirts are all available from the club.
The girls are required to be in a black leotard. Wraps are preferable in the winter months as the girls are not permitted to work with track suits or jumpers on. Footless tights are necessary in the cooler months and preferable all year round. Hair must be neatly tied back in a bun. Fringes must be securely pinned back.
Training leotards and skirts are available through the club (please see order form attached). Club scrunchies are also available at a minimal charge.
